We shall host [ _____ ] Mbs of information on a World Wide Web server connected to the Internet.
We shall route multiple mailboxes to You.

We shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to provide such service on average 23.5 hours per day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. From time to time We will need to modify the service and / or carry out maintenance on the equipment and systems and shall use Our reasonable endeavours to ensure that, in so doing, reasonable notice is given and minimum disruption to the Server is caused.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, We may:

1. elect immediately to suspend the provision of the Service until further notice if, in Our sole discretion, we judge that it is reasonable to do so including, without limitation, for the purpose of repair, maintenance or improvement of the Service or to preserve the integrity or security of the Service;
   
   
2. vary the technical specification of the Service for operational reasons;
   
   
3. give instructions about the use of the Service ("Instructions") which We think reasonably to be necessary in the interests of security, safety, or of the quality of the service to be provided to Our other customers. Any such Instructions shall, whilst they are in force, be deemed to form part of this Agreement.
