Domain Name Applications and Internet Protocol Address
You confirm and warrant that You are the owner of or that You have
been and are duly authorised by the owner to use any trade mark
or name requested or allocated as Your domain name.
You acknowledge that We cannot guarantee that any domain name requested
by You will be available or approval for use nor that during the
term of the Agreement that the domain name will not be challenged
or suspended. We recommend that you hold or have rights to a trade
mark to reduce the risk of such challenge or suspension.
We shall have discretion to require You to select a replacement
domain name and may suspend Service if, in Our opinion there are
reasonable grounds for Us to believe that the Customer's current
choice of domain name is, or is likely to be, in breach of the provisions
of this Agreement.
We have no control over the success of your application nor make
any representations, terms, conditions or warranties concerning
the name and in particular with respect to any third party rights
over that or any similar name.
We can at your request provide you with a copy of the appropriate
policy supervising the issue of domain names.
