Domain Name Applications and Internet Protocol Address

You confirm and warrant that You are the owner of or that You have been and are duly authorised by the owner to use any trade mark or name requested or allocated as Your domain name.

You acknowledge that We cannot guarantee that any domain name requested by You will be available or approval for use nor that during the term of the Agreement that the domain name will not be challenged or suspended. We recommend that you hold or have rights to a trade mark to reduce the risk of such challenge or suspension.

We shall have discretion to require You to select a replacement domain name and may suspend Service if, in Our opinion there are reasonable grounds for Us to believe that the Customer’s current choice of domain name is, or is likely to be, in breach of the provisions of this Agreement.

We have no control over the success of your application nor make any representations, terms, conditions or warranties concerning the name and in particular with respect to any third party rights over that or any similar name.

We can at your request provide you with a copy of the appropriate policy supervising the issue of domain names.
